Rainmaker Communications Founding Partner
Molly Davis brings close to 20 years of marketing and communications experience to Rainmaker Communications. She has worked closely with dozens of technology companies—from emerging startups to global industry leaders. She has also counseled many service companies that cater to the high tech industry, including venture capital, investment banking and strategy consulting firms.
Before co-founding Rainmaker Communications in 2000, Molly was director of marketing for Brodia, a startup providing online payment services, where she oversaw all aspects of marketing from positioning and corporate identity to online marketing, advertising, partner programs and media relations. Previously, Molly was director of the e-business practice with Niehaus Ryan Wong, a leading Silicon Valley public relations firm. She also played an integral role in developing the firm's respected positioning and branding process.
Molly Davis is currently working with the Western Association of Venture Capitalists to produce the first documentary on the founders of Silicon Valley venture capital which will be released in early 2010.
Molly has a B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
